Yes, The NEET qualifying score is required to study MBBS Abroad. NEET is mandatory to study in Bangladesh.

Any Indian citizen who has attained the age of 17 years and has passed 10+2 level from any recognised board of India. He / she must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology as elective subject and obtained minimum 60% in aggregate of PCB combined.

Class 10 and 10+2 pass with minimum 60% marks, in addition the university in Bangladesh may have a higher cut off score. So read the requirement of the university in addition to the NMC/MCI requirement.
